I, along with my wife and best friend, who reviews articles and products for this blog, are pleased to share our experiences with physical and mental fitness and the importance of diet in relation to a healthy and happy life as we approach offical Senior Citizen status.
Here is some basic information about us:
Robert and Sheree are parents of five children and proud grandparents of two. We live in a quiet suburb of Chicago and, fortunately, four of our five children live in and around the city.We enjoy all the good things that life has to offer and deal with the occasional negative things the best we can.
Sheree and I believe that we function best as individuals when we feel good about ourselves and our bodies. We are not experts in the field of fitness and health. We simply want to share with you some fitness, diet, and lifestyle strategies through articles and products that we all can benefit from.
